The brief: a digital fandom activation and kit launch for the UEFA Women's Championship. The challenge: a hard pivot mid-production that meant handing the work over to the client. I held the concept and stakeholders together through the shift, protecting both budget and timeline.
The result: the concept held up and was implemented across markets, including a Vogue x Nike editorial with Ella Toone.
