The brief: launch an integrated campaign across 4 markets and 3 sub-brands, in 3 months, with hundreds of assets to adapt without losing creative consistency anywhere. I supported concept creation, led transcreation, and oversaw timelines, scope, and artwork QC, supervising creative work under serious pressure.

The result: a 30% increase in awareness and a campaign extension in France and Germany.
