The brief: get Gen Z onto Randstad's job portal. The challenge: make it feel creator-led, influencer-native, not corporate-funded, and build it to adapt across markets using AI post-production tools. I led the work from concept through delivery, launching tailored materials across the USA, Netherlands, and Japan from one highly customizable system.
The result: a 40% surge in Gen Z engagement.
